Municipal Court

 The purpose of the Municipal Court is to file and adjudicate Class C Misdemeanors with the Court’s jurisdiction, and to coordinate with the Warrant Officer on the service of warrants. Court personnel are responsible for the collection of fines and maintenance of records and files of a confidential nature. Administrative functions of the Municipal Court are the responsibility of the Municipal Court Judge and Court Clerk. Judicial functions are provided by the judge.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon & 1:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday

Appearance must be neat and clean and you must be modestly dressed. No drinks or gum are allowed in court.

All fines are due 30 days from date of appearance in court, or a late fee of $25 will be charged on each violation and warrants will be issued.
